How to enjoy your Papaya


Vita Drink


01 papaya, peeled and pitted
02 oranges peeled
04 slices of pineapple
02 kiwis peeled




Add the ingredients (all diced) in a deep bowl. Mix them with an electric mixer. Serve when creamy and smooth. Serve cold or iced.

Bolinhos de Papaya



2.5 cups flour
02 tablespoons brown sugar
01 tablespoon baking powder
01 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 cup canola oil
01 cup of skim milk
01 large egg
02 small lemons wedges
1 / 2 cup dried papaya and chopped




Preheat oven to 220 ° c. In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With a fork, mix it with canola oil until they form lumps the size of a pea.
In a small bowl, place the milk, egg, and papaya slices of lemons. Add the flour mixture and stir with fork until mixture is uniform. The dough will be moist.
Turn the dough in the flour. Gather the dough with your hands and form a ball. Spread the dough, pressing and forming two discs about 12cm in diameter. Be careful to tighten. Place on waxed paper and flexi divide the desired number of pieces. Brush lightly with milk and bake for about 20 minutes.

Salada Verde com Papaya



01 papaya
01 large tomato diced
02 garlic cloves (crushed)
01 to 03 small peppers
01 teaspoon ground ginger
4.5 cups lemon juice
1.5 cups of oyster sauce
1.5 teaspoons of sugar




Peel and remove seeds from papaya. Cut into large pieces and then chop finely. Add tomatoes, garlic, chili and ginger in large bowl. Stirring slowly, mix with lemon juice, oyster sauce and sugar in a small bowl until sugar is dissolved and add to the mixture of papaya. Assemble the salad on a platter and serve with lettuce leaves.


Yield: 04 servings 06 servings as a side dish or as an input.
