Preheat
oven to 220 ° c. In a large bowl, add the
flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With a
fork, mix it with canola oil until they form
lumps the size of a pea.
In a small bowl, place the milk, egg, and
papaya slices of lemons. Add the flour
mixture and stir with fork until mixture is
uniform. The dough will be moist.
Turn the dough in the flour. Gather the
dough with your hands and form a ball.
Spread the dough, pressing and forming two
discs about 12cm in diameter. Be careful to
tighten. Place on waxed paper and flexi
divide the desired number of pieces. Brush
lightly with milk and bake for about 20
minutes.
