Frutas Solo Ltda., founded in 1998, by entepreteneur .Mr. Francisco Carlos de Oliveira Vidolin
It was created due to the necessity of having its own production and a packing house in Linhares area, state of Espírito Santo, where there is the most developed concentration of papaya production in Brazil, thanks to the constant researches and tecnological advances.
Its main function is produce and export the varieties Golden, Solo/Sunrise and Formosa.
Its presence in the domestic market has been increased in great proportions in the last years, as it has a quality certification and several plantations of an excelent product for the wholesales business as well as supermarket chains of many brazilian regions.
Besides papayas, it also supplies passion fruit, fresh pupunha hearts of palm, and green pepper.
In may of 2007 , two new partners were incorporated to FRUTAS SOLO. Mr Emerson Vander Silva , executive manager, and Mr Alessandro Nunes Vieira master in quality control and processes.
